Senior Conflicts Analyst recruitment
Our client is a top tier international law firm, with a current opportunity for a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join their established compliance and risk management team in Hong Kong.
This position will work alongside the London based compliance team responsible for managing conflicts of interest and compliance issues across the firm's global practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
- identifying potential conflicts of interest relating to new matters and clients across all practice areas internationally;
- assessing new compliance systems and developing security policies such as information barriers;
- developing internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations and development of commercial policy;
- training and mentoring junior members of the team; and
- assisting in raising the profile of the compliance and risk management team across the firm.
Candidates will ideally be a qualified lawyer, with proven experience in a similar conflicts management role gained with a top tier commercial firm.
