TEAM/JOB OVERVIEW:

The Financial and Professional team sits within the Yorkshire hub site, locally networked with offices in Sheffield, Bradford and Hull, you will benefit from a local presence within clients and be tasked with cross selling our services to this base and identifying new opportunities.
Our current established client network in the region includes, Finance, Business Support, Call Centre, IT, Education, Care and Construction/Property.
Your focus will be on both qualified and part qualified accountants, together with niche specialist requirements within the discipline (treasury, tax, analysis etc.)

You will build and maintain an permanent candidate base to reflect the quality of our offering to the local market and develop strong and long term relationships with the top recruiting clients in the area. You will play a key role in the team and to be role model to future hires to the team.

The right person will be passionate about client development, billing and delivery as well as driven to help build the number one recruitment offering in Yorkshire. Ideally, the right person will demonstrate a strong track record of delivery in the Yorkshire accountancy markets.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To be a successful intermediary between our clients and candidates. Successfully meeting the needs of both parties to generate revenue and grow RFP's market share.
