Basic Function: The Senior Consultant at Angel.com plays a critical role in the delivery of Caller First solutions to Angel.coms client. Senior Consultants support the sales team with strategic opportunities, providing Subject Matter Expertise to prospective clients on Angel.coms delivery value and capability. Senior Consultants lead each of Angel.coms project types - upfront opportunity assessments, IVR development/delivery, and post launch optimizations. The Senior Consultant is the primary interface point with Angel.coms clients during project engagements - defining client requirements, managing client communications, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering projects within scope on schedule. On larger projects, Senior consultants manage project teams that include VUI Designers, Site Builders, Integrators and Testers. Senior Consultants drive realization of Angel.coms On Demand product - enabling clients to rapidly achieve the results of an Angel.com Caller First IVR.

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Manage multiple projects and project teams of varying size and technical complexity
  • Manage Angel.com and client to project timelines - ensuring dependencies are being met, and project will launch on schedule
  • Provide leadership within Angel.com project team and client team on Angel.com capabilities, through developing a deep understanding of Angel.coms Site Builder tool and capabilities to integrate through web services with external systems
  • Ability to scale with project size - on smaller projects, perform many of the hands on tasks (including site building), on larger projects manage project team and ensure quality and timeliness of project team members
  • Drive working sessions with clients to understand and document business and technical requirements for: IVR capabilities, integration with 3rd party systems (in particular CRM systems), custom reporting requirements
  • Provide team leadership within the Professional Services team on Caller First project delivery best practices
  • Provide feedback to marketing on Product improvement priorities
  • Achieve quarterly delivery revenue targets
  • Identify new opportunities revenue within clients

Job Requirements:

  • Experience delivering IVR solutions - defining requirements, developing IVRs, integrating IVRs with back end solutions
  • Experience managing clients engagements
  • Experience managing project teams
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • DC based (or willingness to relocate)
