 The role will be to:

• Work as a part of the experienced team on complex operations consulting projects for major Russian and multinational FSI companies

• Area of expertise will cover functional strategies, business-processes, cost reduction,  organizational design, KPIs, performance management

The successful candidate should have:

• 4+ years of professional work experience

• Work experience with leading FSI companies

• Expertise in FSI operations consulting

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to accommodate extensive client travel

• Superior work ethic, ability to work long hours

• BS degree in Economics

• Fluent English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
