Our Real Estate Group helps companies make better real estate decisions. Through our extensive and diverse valuation and consulting experience, we have developed a thorough understanding of the interplay among asset valuation, capital markets and today’s changing real estate marketplace issues. Our team covers the full spectrum of real estate valuation services, ranging from evaluating large and diverse portfolios to performing single property analyses as well as the identification and valuation of tangible and intangible real estate related assets
The successful candidate should have:
- Knowledge of real assets valuation methodology and approaches
- Understanding of corporate finance theory and accounting
- Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Russian and in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree in economics or mathematics
- Strong academic credentials, 4.5+ GPA
- Professional demeanor
- Readiness to work overtime
Additional requirements to advanced candidates:
- Ability to analyze real estate assets from the market, cost, and income perspectives
- 3-5 years of related experience (working in a professional services firm preferred)
- ASA and/or RICS designation a plus
