Senior Consultant or Consultant

EMR are looking for a Senior Consultant or Consultant to join our established Corporate Division within the permanent recruitment team at our central London offices.

The opportunity

As part of one of EMR's most successful teams, you will become a specialist within your field, managing contingent, exclusive and retained mandates whilst developing new and existing relationships with many of the UK's leading firms.

As a commercially minded individual, you have a genuine interest in people's careers and understand the importance of building long-term business relationships. You have a true entrepreneurial spirit which is evident through your resilience and hunger to succeed.

The requirements

Ideally you'll have proven recruitment experience within marketing but recruitment experience in different disciplines will be considered. Equally, you may have previously worked in a pure play business development or sales role.

Most importantly you show an aptitude for business development and key account management. You're a natural networker with an ability to develop new and existing clients.

We do not micro manage so it is critical that you have the business maturity and self-motivation to operate in a highly autonomous environment.

All our staff are graduates or equivalent and the traits we look for include entrepreneurialism, tenacity, diligence and strong commercial acumen.
