Senior Consultant / Partner – Technology recruitment
This is a leading company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality. They would like to foster their Zurich office by adding strong top executives in the Technology sector.
Our client is looking for candidates with around 20 years of career experience, combining consulting and in-house roles in the financial services sector. Besides that, the successful candidates should have:
- International and Swiss experience as well as a drive for entrepreneurship and success
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, grow and motivate a diverse team of resources
- Experience managing client delivery expectations in design/implementation of technology/process improvement solutions for large complex problems/strategic initiatives
- Fluency in Swiss German and English is an absolute must
