Senior Consultant Position recruitment
We currently service over 120 relationships from offices in Seattle and Los Angeles on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. We are looking for a talented professional who embodies our firm values of diligence, professionalism, expertise, client service, and collaboration to serve as a Senior Consultant in our Seattle office.
The Consultant is responsible for:
- Providing institutional clients with well-developed investment solutions by understanding their funding needs, risk tolerance and history.
- Meeting with clients at least quarterly to present historical performance, discuss firm generated research, and drive the investment process in accordance with the fund sponsor’s fiduciary duty.
- Coordinating with internal staff to deliver other services including asset allocation studies, risk-budgeting analysis, asset/liability studies, manager selection, and investment policy statement development.
- Participating in new business generation by sourcing leads, contributing to RFP’s, presenting at finals, attending conferences and speaking at industry events.

Education/Experience:
A minimum of 5 years relevant investment experience with institutional clients as a consultant, research associate or senior member of an investment team. Strong experience with multiple asset categories including alternatives. MBA and/or CFA designation is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, client relationship, and marketing skills. Established relationships with a network of colleagues in the broader investment community. Ability to work in Seattle and travel periodically within the western US. Demonstrated thought leadership through white papers and public speaking. PC Proficiency, intermediate knowledge of MS Windows operating system; MS Word; MS Excel; Internet and Outlook.
