Job Description
The job requires strong relationship bulding with external and internal stakeholders across a number of groups and countries within Asia in in order to provide business interruption consulting advice.
Competencies
- Calculate Business Interruption Values to consult client and brokers
- Provide Business Interruption Consultancy Advice on policy wording and structure
- Claim Management Service
- Client Advocate during claim negotiations and settlement
- Driving the development of our consultancy capabilities
Qualifications
- Accounting Qualification. CPA or ICA qualified.
- Good technical understanding of insurance policies with emphasis on business interruption (including the basic legal principles)
- Good understanding of claims processes and roles played by Insurers and other parties.
- Basic understanding of the legal procedures applicable to contentious claims.
Skills
- Accounting Skills - interpret profit loss and management statements across all industries.
- Negotiation combined with commercial nous.
- Excellent communicator (oral and written)
- Organising
- Influencing
