Senior Consultant, Retirement and Benefits recruitment
My client is looking for an actuary with good experience in the Retirement and Benefits field to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as project lead.
- Develop relationships with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
- Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues
- Manage a team of associates and analysts
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of actuarial experience in the pensions, benefits and retirement field
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
- Strong knowledge of International and US GAAP pension accounting standards
- International consulting experience a plus
- Fluency in English
- Associate actuary (ASA, AIFA, FIAA) credentials a major advantage; progress towards Fellowship (FSA, FIFA, FIAA) credentials are encouraged
