Senior Consultant – Systems and Process Assurance

The Business Controls Assurance (BCA) group partner with clients to improve their risk profile by strengthening their internal controls and risk management processes. This includes identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding the organisation's systems, objectives, risks, control framework and regulatory environment to prevent future loss.

Due to the ongoing success of the group, we're looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Managers to join the team in Sydney with a particular focus on Business Processes.

You will drive business process reviews within the Financial Services space, demonstrating a strong delivery focus and commitment to always exceeding the client expectations.. Acting as a coach and mentor to junior staff, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes gained within a Investment Management, Asset Management, Superannuation or Insurance industry. Ideally CA qualified, you will have solid business process experience and strong technical skills in reviewing and auditing. An understanding of GS007, SAS70 or ISAE/ASAE3402 standards will be highly regarded, as will professional services or relevant industry experience.
