Senior Consultant – Technical Lead & Data Specialist recruitment
Key Responsibilities:–
Project Delivery Implementation (Technical Lead Data Specialist):
To lead and assist in:
o Driving technical, infrastructure, security and database sessions with the client.
o Providing guidance and solution to the client on all technical, infrastructure, security and database issues.
o Analysing data gap and provide guidance and solution to all data related issues
o System study in terms of data sources and help in mapping required data sets for the implementation of the product. Also helping in changing, enriching format of source data to suite target systems
o Documenting all technical and data related requirements.
o Liaising with 3rd party vendor for all technical and data related requirements and clarifications.
o Supervise and provide guidance to a team of technical team members in project implementation.
o Providing support to client during testing, deployment, go-live and warranty period.
o Any other expected tasks in relation to project delivery e.g. coding scripts and developing of small applications, installation, testing, configuration, etc.
Skills, Education and Experience:-
o Knowledge of financial industry specifics like key business processes, terminology and competitive industry landscapes to apply to work product. Knowledge of functional processes and specific regulations and standards pertaining to financial industry and ability to do business process modelling and implement the required functionality
o Fluent in English and Mandarin. Able to communicate clearly, articulate well and express himself well in front of the client;
o Must be able to work under intense pressure and dateline;
o Must have strong background on time critical, high volume banking projects;
o Possess good knowledge and extensive experience in IT Technical Infrastructure and Security;
o Minimum 5 years of solid experience in SQL/Oracle databases, DBA management, WebServices.
o Competent in coding complex database scripts and developing/creating reports;
o Exemplary grammar and documentation skills;
o Demonstrated leadership experience as well as the ability to lead a group of software engineers
o Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions
o Strong coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members.
o Obtained tertiary education from a recognized college/University.
o Knowledge of Actimize product will be preferred.
