Senior Consultant-Treasury recruitment
The primary role of a manager in our Treasury practice is to support day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements across the US and globally. However, given the fast paced growth of our practice, our managers are intimately involved in all aspects of our business, including marketing, sales, eminence, training and hiring.
This position would report directly to the partners who run the Treasury practice. Additionally, the manager would interface daily with individuals at all levels across the practice.
Qualifications
- 5 + years experience in one of the following:
- Financial Risk Management (F/X, interest rate, commodity risk management)
- Treasury Operations Cash Management
- Operational Risk Internal Controls
- Valuation and Risk Analysis
- FAS 133 Implementation Services
- Treasury Technology Implementation
- 4+ years of Management Consulting Experience
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Strong writing and effective communication skills
- MBA/CFA preferred
- Project Management experience/certification preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Provide engagement or task management and select appropriate methodologies
- Play substantive/lead role in client relationship and communication
- Play substantive/lead role in attaining quality internal and external communication deliverables including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
- Demonstrate high level of understanding of client's business
- Demonstrate strong knowledge industry or functional specialty
- Play substantive/lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing
- Deliver services that meet engagement leader specifications
- Participate in professional civic organizations
- Produce material for internal publications
- Participate in proposal development efforts
- Evaluate, counsel, mentor, and provide feedback on performance of others
- Assist in retention of professionals
- Participate and assist in training efforts
Since our Treasury practice operates on a national basis, there is flexibility to be based in the Tri-State area (NY,NJ, CT). Significant travel is required independent of the office location chosen.
