We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Business Modelling team , during this time of growth. As part of our Business Modelling team, you will gain experience in understanding client issues and building client relationships across a wide range of industries and client types. In our friendly, collaborative environment, you'll receive the support, formal training and coaching you need to progress quickly along the career path you choose.
About you
As a member of the Business Modelling team you'll:
• Be responsible for designing and building complex financial models
• Review Excel models and provide value-adding observations
• Develop a strong understanding of leading-practice MS Excel spreadsheet techniques
• Apply communication skills to understand a client's agenda and translate this into practical solutions, in the form of robust financial models
• Produce written file notes, letters, presentations or reports, and present conclusions
• Build the existing business through internal and external Business Development
• Work in close collaboration with other Transaction and Business Advisory teams and the wider firm
Specifically we're looking for
• Team oriented individuals with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external networks
• Individuals with the ability to self-manage and work effectively under pressure while ensuring regular communication of progress against plan
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and a sound grasp of financial accounting, possibly with a CA / CFA or equivalent
• Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills
• At least 3 years experience with building financial models
