Senior Consultants – Capital Markets and Banking recruitment
This is a leading company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality. They would like to foster their Zurich office by adding strong executives in the sectors of Capital Markets and Banking with experience in the areas of: Transaction Lifecycle Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Project Management and Front/Mid/Back Office Operations.
Our client is looking for candidates with at least 6 years of career experience, combining consulting and in-house roles in the financial services sector. Besides that, the successful candidates should have:
• International and Swiss experience as well as a drive for entrepreneurship and success
• Experience in people management, business case development and managing client delivery expectations
• Strong understanding of product and financial control, process modelling, finance accounting, compliance/hedge fund operations, prime brokerage, investment/risk/data management and/or securities lending
• Fluency in German and English is an absolute must
