Your mission: a unique experience !
Within the Financial Services Industry line, you will get the opportunity to serve the largest financial services companies and to contribute actively to a wide variety of projects.
- You will be responsible of analyzing business requirements, making feasibility studies and performing business case.
- You will prepare and perform presentations, lead workshops in order to build a trusting relationship with clients.
- You will also apply skills in project management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process and organizational change.
Within the CIO Advisory service line, you will offer solutions to multinational companies by analysing companies’ current IT strategy, not only focussing on infrastructure and systems, but also on processes and organisational side.
- You will collaborate with clients to define IT strategy and to drive IT operational excellence.
- You will understand the IT Processes within any core functional area in order to effectively transform the client’s environment.
Your competencies: a unique talent !
We are looking for professionals with following strengths:
- You hold a MBA or a Master’s Degree in management, economics or engineering.
- You have relevant experience (and certifications) in project management, process analysis and re-engineering
- You have outstanding quantitative and analytical skills coupled with creativity and conceptual thinking.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in Dutch, French and English.
- You are flexible, both autonomous and team player.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are willing to travel when needed.
Specific for a challenge within the Financial Services Industry line:
- 3 to10 years of experience in a consulting company, an audit firm or a proven track record within a financial service company, preferably active in the retail/corporate banking area
- broad experience in one or more of the following fields: Credit, Payment processing, Finance, Risk management, Securities services (clearing, settlement custody)
Specific for a challenge within the CIO Advisory service line:
- 3 to 10 years of experience within the strategic IT domain and a recent track record in a leading consulting firm
- operationalexperience and interest in process improvement initiatives, operational strategy/business improvement experience, and understanding of business, IT and operational issues.
