Senior Contract Manager (f/m), Senior Finance Specialist

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Experienced Contract Manager executes strategic and operational tasks on assigned Contract Types or Contract Categories in the context of the Contract Management System (CMS).
This includes but is not limited to pipeline building, leading on-boarding projects, continuously improve the Contract Management (CM) strategies, CM tools and CM processes.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The Senior Contract Manager will serve as part of a deployment and operational team that is focused on achievement of the following tasks:

Task 1
* Secure CMS’ general availability
* Complete and constantly improve/enhance CMS
* Become the first point of contact for all CMS related questions

Task 2
* Ensure all (assigned) contract types are on-boarded
* Create self service deployment training kit, customized deployment kit, and customize Mass Upload Tool (MUT) based on LoB requirements to ensure relevant case data
* Organize the Upload of all available scanned documents to the respective folders in CMS
* Train local organization [virtually] to complete Upload Tool data perform upload action
* Provide guidance to identify organization roles required to populate Mass Upload Tool
* Establish “best practices” approach, i.e., simplify data collection automate data completion
* Support local organization through-out deployment processes
* Initial upload action occurs with CMS Team
* Monitor actions, data overall local approach to ensure data consistency
* Perform a joint assessment with local organization to agree when upload tasks are handed over
* Maintain feedback and lessons learned sessions to enhance /improve processes

Task 3 – CMS Q-gate
* Monitor and audit the assigned Contract Types / Categories on a routine basis to ensure compliance of data, content and completeness and measures CMS success by defined KPI’s
* Establish as responsible person for the creation of all required reports

Task 4 – Sub-Process Owner Contract Management
* Foster the standardization of processes, by establishing a governance structure which enables quick standardization, prohibits local changes, accelerates process improvement, involves the stakeholder, involves the knowledge carrier, has clear rules and a transparent processes

WORK EXPERIENCE
5-8 years of working experience in related areas (Commercial / Contract Management, Leading projects)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Master’s degree in a relevant field
