Description:
Are you a skilled recruiter who has worked with large technology companies? Have you worked on job orders that range from project management, engineering, and marketing? We are working with one of the world's largest technology firms in the Silicon Valley and searching for an all-around senior level recruiter. This position will work on tech requisitions and non tech requisitions and needs someone who has a range of experience in the technology area.
Some of the main responsibilities will include:
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
Write complete and detailed search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

Requirements:
5-10 years of recruiting experience working with large corporations preferred
Experience working on tech jobs and non tech jobs
Proficient in MS applications, including Word, Outlook and large recruiting software's
Excellent oral and written communication skills
