Senior Corporate Administrator
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client, a trust and fund administration company with offices throughout Europe, has an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their Luxembourg office (15 staff). Reporting into the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day to day corporate administration and company secretarial services for a portfolio of real estate fund structures. This will incorporate:
- Preparation of board packs, and attendance at board meetings
- Recording and preparation of board and shareholder meeting minutes
- Transaction management
- Cash management and treasury routines
- Coordination with external parties including property and asset managers, and tax reporting providers
- Management of junior team members
- Mentoring and assisting junior team members
Your Profile
The client is looking to meet with candidates who solid company secretarial experience specific to real estate funds. This is imperative for this role. Any knowledge of private equity would be considered a plus. Must have fluent English. German would be a distinct advantage. The client will expect you to have a strong record of academic achievement along with strong communication skills as you will be dealing with clients on a day to day basis.
