About the Role
McAfee is looking for a talented, self motivated lawyer, you will working with and supporting the Senior Corporate Counsel on a broad range of legal matters in EMEA including Procurement Agreements, Data Protection, HR, Marketing Communications, real estate, commercial contracts (drafting and negotiating channel partner and end user customer contracts) and Export Compliance. We are looking for an individual who enjoys creating and driving projects forward working on a Pan-Global basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement department by drafting and negotiating agreements and training of procurement personnel
- Support HR by providing advice on an adhoc basis
- Support the Marketing Department including advising and negotiating marketing contracts
- Working knowledge of compliance matters including data protection and export regulations
- Support the Real estate and Facilities team
- Supporting regional attorneys for all commercial contract matters (negotiation and drafting End User License Agreements, Support terms, Professional Service Terms, RFPs, NDAs, Partner Agreements)
- Work closely with internal EMEA US based legal departments and with other departments in EMEA
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in commercial law
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Fluency in another European language preferred but not essential
- Corporate in-House experience desirable
- A self starter needing low level management time and attention to perform day to day responsibilities
- Clear, accurate and concise reporting
- Strong result and goal orientation
- Competent in MS Applications
- Qualified Solicitor with good general commercial law experience
- Excellent English oral and written skills and ability to draft and negotiate in another European language (ideally Spanish, French,, Italian or German)
- Ideally in house experience in the software industry
- A self starter needing low level management time and being able to provide the best legal solutions in a fast changing environment
