Senior Corporate Development Manager recruitment
They are currently seeking for a hands on Senior Corporate Development Manager to join their Regional Team.

Responsibilities:
For this role, you will be direct report to the Head of Business Strategy. You will be assist the HBS in developing and managing of company inorganic growth strategy including investigate, recommend and facilitate MA and divestment opportunities. You will also measure an attractiveness of potential markets or concepts and formulate entry strategies, support the management of MA, divestment and scale-building distribution processes.
Requirements:
- Master degree in Statistic or Finance or Actuarial
- Minimum 7 years experience in life insurance industry or management consulting or wealth management with regional exposure preferred
- Solid experience in research, financial modeling, market analysis, business development and M A
- Ability to analysis financial plans, business cases and business results
- Strong analytical and numerical skills is a key for this role
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
