Senior Corporate Finance Advisor recruitment

This role will require the individual, both working within a Team and working with third party investment and financial organisations, to:

• identify investment opportunities;

• develop and implement investment vehicles or funds;

• source co-investors (both domestic and international) to invest alongside the NPRF;

• negotiate terms and conditions;

• complete due diligence;

• advise in relation to the merits of specific Irish investment transactions that may arise;

• monitor and oversee investments once made;

• as appropriate, select and work with specialist third party advisors.
