The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in provision of financial, administration and corporate services to the private equity funds industry. Conveniently located in Luxembourg city, our client offers the possibility to grow within an international, human-sized structure working autonomously but at the same time being a part of a small and supportive team.

The Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of briefing papers and ensuring the smooth and timely running of the
section’s board meetings, AGM’s and preparation of minutes in respect of meetings.
• Ensure all work undertaken complies with Fund’s/Entities documentation, the guidelines and
circulars issued by the CSSF, the Lux Law anti-money laundering regulations.
• Assist with co-ordination and maintenance of client group relationships at an operational level.
• Assist with ensuring all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
• Assist with the overview and smooth running of the Investment, and Call and Distribution
processes.
• Liaise with client groups to establish deadlines for transactions.
• Check liquidity when a call or distribution is required, and arrange facilities if necessary
• Ensure work is undertaken in accordance with the company’s procedures check lists.
• Attend internal meetings organized with relevant personnel to establish the required tasks and
deadlines to be undertaken internally.

The Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A sound knowledge of Company Secretarial tasks.
• A confident manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively.
• A flexible approach to work and good time management skills.
• An ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
• General knowledge of banking systems.
• Good IT skills
