Senior Counsel - Regulatory
Well established international medical device company seeks experienced attorney to join their legal department. This individual would be responsible for providing legal services in the regulatory area and support the following departments within the company: Regulatory Quality Affairs, manufacturing, RD, compliance, and Sales Marketing. This position would be responsible for consulting and advising managers, employees and clients on proactive measures with respect to both U.S. and ex-U.S. laws and regulations impacting the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. This position would work closely with the FDA as well. The ideal person for this position would have the following background: 7+ years of legal experience; have their JD and be a licensed attorney; prior experience working in the medical devices industry is a must; at least 3+ years of experience working with the FDA on medical device issues is a must; and excellent communication skills with internal and external customers is required.
