- Compliance with state and federal discrimination laws

- Labor and employment matters arising in non-US jurisdictions
- Special projects as requested
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Minimum 7 years work experience specifically in employment law
- License to practice law in work location
- Deep expertise in federal and state employment laws
- Highly skilled in negotiating employment-related agreements
- Superior drafting and writing skills
- Significant experience representing clients in court and agency proceedings
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent research skills
- Computer proficient including experience with office products
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with multiple levels in an organization
