Senior Credit Analyst, Real Estate/ RMBS Investments – Global Alternative Investments Fund recruitment
Our client is a top performing alternative investments fund, who focus on structured credit, high yield, and capital markets sales and trading. They have continued to deleiver exceptional returns, and are low looking to add senior credit analyst to their team. The position will be at the VP level , although there is some flexibility on grade and title.
The role will focus on the analysis of real estate structured credits and bonds, and the generation of investment ideas - both long only/ long short. Therefore you can expect to undertaked detailed credit analysis; risk analysis; preperation of investment memorandum; assisting with portfolio management and the identifcation of catalysts for a change in value.
We are interested in meeting candidates from either the buy or the sell side, who will work in real estate credit research or structured finance at the moment. Candidates are likely to have a really good understanding of residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS).
