SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST
Job Title: Credit Analyst - Structured Property Finance
(International Bank - Permanent Appointment)

Principal Responsibilities
- As a key member of the Structured Property Finance Team support the management of a portfolio of Property based clients;
- Assist with sales research, customer relationship development, product knowledge and research into solutions to meet customers’ needs using market and industry information;
- Assist the team on deal analysis under the supervision of senior team members;
- Assist in the co-ordination, evaluation, structuring and execution of transactions, under the supervision of a senior manager;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Complex customers.
Requirements
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification;
- Relevant structured property finance experience held at an appropriate level.
