Senior Credit Analyst/Review, Project Finance
Main responsibilities will include:
To perform credit review of the quality of individual loan assets as well as wider credit portfolios of the banks businesses located in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Evaluate the credit management process and communicate observations to account managers, business management and other stakeholders up to Board of Directors level. Provide high quality feedback on process issues and add value to the business through efficient and effective credit examination activities. The portfolio will include mainly consist of project finance deals.
Skills / experience required:
This role will suit an individual with extensive credit experience with the ability to identify and analyse key credit risk factors, assign accurate ratings, evaluate material credit risk management elements and assess strengths and weaknesses. General banking knowledge demonstrated by depth of market experience. Knowledge of complex credits, ideally project finance (infrastructure/PFI). Outstanding interpersonal skills including excellent ability to communicate. Effective negotiation skills. Working effectively as part of a small team. Ability to travel for up to 10 weeks per annum out of the UK (mainly week days).
