SENIOR CREDIT APPROVAL OFFICER – TEAM HEAD recruitment

A vacancy has arisen in APAC region, an experienced Senior Credit Officer is required to lead a team in the Hong Kong commercial banking department and ensure that the quality of the corporate credit portfolio is maintained within acceptable parameters, as defined by Group and Local Credit Policies, Portfolio Business Underwriting Standards.
Reporting director to the Head of Credit for Commercial Banking, you will have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills as you instil a strong and disciplined credit culture through coaching and guiding the business teams.
With a minimum 10 years credit risk experience in a banking environment, you will have solid experience in credit approval in commercial banking. You will demonstrate excellent communications skills and play a proactive role in the formulation of strategy and maintain regular dialogue with senior management. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure is essential.
