Senior Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Hays Credit Management Recruitment are working with a technology business based in Hook on an exclusive basis. I am looking to recruit a highly experienced Credit Controller to join a global market leading organisation who continue to experience rapid growth year on year.
Working within a small finance team the successful candidate will take fully responsibly for the entire Accounts Receivable function across the UK and Ireland business. Duties within the role will include:
Ensuring that outstanding invoices are chased and collected in a timely fashion
Working with the claims team to resolve disputes and ensure that there is no delay in the payment of invoices
Applying cash to the correct accounts
Attending weekly meetings to review and discuss the accounts receivable function
Aged debt reporting
This role requires a candidate who is methodical, organised and has a logical approach to query resolution. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal colleagues and customers.
