Senior Credit Executive, Structured Finance-Real Estate recruitment
Major Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Credit Executive to support approval and monitoring of credit risk in a large portfolio of structured products and real estate assets. Ideal candidate will have a minimum 10-15 years of credit risk experience in increasingly important roles in a top tier financial institution, exercising significant credit authority, over seven years in a senior credit capacity covering US commercial real estate, and over five years working with US structured products preferably in an credit function, especially RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CDOs. Candidate must be familiar with various information models and systems used for structured products and commercial real estate (e.g. PPR Compass, Trepp, LPRM, Intex, etc.) and in assessing models and model outputs for portfolio management of structured products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment a must. Must possess a MBA in finance or related field. Please contact Barry for more details.
