Senior Credit Manager – Vice President recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Front-to-end credit risk management including counterparty financial analysis, determination of internal risk rating and regular monitoring of counterparty performance to identify any emerging credit risk
- Set risk appetite on a single counterparty basis and contribute to the setting of risk appetite for sector and country
- Pro-active management of a distinct portfolio of counterparts (country or sector) to minimize credit losses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Front Office
- Actively participate and help implementing the change agenda in Credit Risk
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of corporate credit risk experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must (read write)
- Good knowledge of financial accountancy and modelling techniques
- Strong analytical background which can be applied to counterparty analysis
- Experience of leading client due diligence meetings
- Good working knowledge of credit grading models
- Knowledge of China market and regulations is a plus
- Experience in credit and derivative documentation is a plus
