Job Description

This person will have primary responsibility for customer credit risk analysis and exposure management activities including but not limited to:

Evaluate customer compliance with Credit policy (i.e. commencement to termination)
Internal credit analysis for high-risk customers (i.e. commencement to termination) and creation of analyst reports for credit committee where required
Establishment and management of customer credit limits
Risk mitigation (e.g. type of collateral and amount)
7x24 customer risk exposure monitoring
Collections monitoring and escalation
Lead decision process for customer authorization blocks or customer termination
Lead decision process for collateral utilization or return
Management of bank fails transfer/termination

The Successful Applicant

Masters in Business Administration and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) / Portfolio Risk Manager (PRM) certifications preferred
5+ years of credit risk and financial services experience, ideally with emphasis in the relevant division/country cluster
Strong analytical skills including but not limited to experience analyzing financial statements
Strong written and oral communication skills and proven experience addressing all levels of management
Proven consensus building/negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external parties
Quick decision-making skills for crisis management
Must be self motivated and a good team player
Multilingual a plus (as may be relevant to geography)
Ability to be hands-on, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Proven ability to work independently with little direct oversight
