Senior Credit Risk Analyst
My client is looking for a senior credit risk analyst to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain internal credit risk grading models and associate systems for different segments of the Bank's wholesale portfolio with focus on financial institutions
- Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in rating methodologies
- Drive usage of such models in business strategies, risk appetite setting and capital calculations
- On-going monitoring of model performance and rating migrations
Requirements
- Good university degree and be highly numerate
- At least 3-5 years experience in counterparty credit risk management / analytics with a keen interest in methodological aspects of credit risk
- Strong analytical, quantitative and computational skills (preferably in SAS)
- Direct involvement in the development or validation of credit risk grading models or scorecards will be an advantage
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to communicate effectively
