Senior Credit Trainer recruitment
The core focus of the role will be deliver in house credit training and to do so you will need to develop a thorough understanding of the bank's credit processes and procedures.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and administer credit training programmes in order to achieve an enhanced and uniform approach to credit analysis.
- Develop an understanding of the Bank's credit culture, policies, and relevant procedures in order to deliver the training effectively.
- Identify credit training needs distinctive for each customer category based upon the risk profile and developing the most appropriate training
- programmes for each category.
- The jobholder will also assist in standardization of credit templates, writing styles and possibly one-to-one training as required.
- Topics may include the following such as cash flow analysis, industry specific analysis, and product specific analysis.
Skills and experience required:
- Relevant experience of creating, developing and presenting internal or external credit training programmes is preferred.
- Significant experience in credit training for credit officers and/or account officers in commercial banking lending business.
- Excellent skills in oral/written/interpersonal communications and presentation.
- High proficiency in Word, Excel (including Macros), cash flow analysis software (such as Moody's Financial Analyst), and PowerPoint, etc.
- It would be an advantage to be Pimley Pimley accredited.
