One of the UK's largest Rail Travel companies is currently seeking a Senior CRM Analyst, who will be responsible for ensuring the Retention Marketing Analysis team successfully manages the analysis of customers transactional and web behaviour, and advise on further improvements to retain customer advocacy of the website.

As the Senior CRM Analyst you will be required to gain an excellent understanding of the customer database on a technical and customer level. You will proactively design and manage analysis which will measure CRM effectiveness, reveal growth opportunities and influence business strategies. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to balance the delivery of analysis projects and team management responsibilities. This will include the day to day management of a Marketing Analyst reporting into you, being the business owner for projects and working proactively for customers to identify opportunities for business growth.

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and have demonstrable experience of working as a Marketing Analyst within the e-commerce industry. You will have had managerial experience of at least one direct report in the past, have excellent analytical and statistical skills and be a clear communicator with the ability to translate between technical and marketing teams. Skills
• Degree Educated
• Good understanding of CRM processes (Retention Marketing)
• Experience of working within an e-Commerce company
• Good understanding of Customer segmentation and data analysis
• Exposure to Web Analytics
• Experience of SAS
