Senior CRM Developer Job in Irvine, California US

Position:  CRM Solution Developer


As a Senior Microsoft CRM Solution Developer, you will assist in the definition and delivery of high-quality technical solutions based on customer business imperatives.  Lead in all aspects of a consulting project(s) including business analysis, customization, development, prototyping, integration architecture, network architecture and quality assurance.


Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

·         4+ years experience with C#, .NET, and J-Script

·         3+ years experience with SQL

·         Microsoft platform skills

·         Background in application development

·         Full life-cycle experience architecting large, scalable applications

·         Identify potential risks/issues impacting individual performance or beyond and suggest solutions

·         Contribute to technical set-up and execution for specific project areas i.e. estimating, planning, and deliverables

·         Structure and deliver work results against defined standards

·         Maintain structured, accurate, and current work records

·         Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements

·         Establish test plans describing test environment and expected results

·         Perform advanced support and troubleshooting in test and production environments

·         Participate in customer's knowledge transfer

·         Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships

·         Implement and lead the appropriate customer support during the test, production, and stabilization phase of the implementation

·         Strong understanding of Microsoft CRM SDK MCSD Certification

·          Experience implementing CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft CRM

·         XML/HTTP

 

Additional Skills Competencies:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

·         Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.

·         Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.

·         Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.

·         Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
