Senior CRM / VIP Marketing Manager

Due to a period of incredible growth and investment, our client, a major innovator in the online world, is looking to recruit a Senior CRM / VIP Manager. This is a brand new role, and the successful candidate will compliment the existing managerial structure and build an industry leading loyalty programme. They are looking for top class professionals to create and execute world class marketing campaigns for what is regarded as one of the world’s most innovative and exciting brands.

This new role will be focusing on CRM / VIP marketing. The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, curious, online savvy and highly analytical. You will utilise industry leading resources and constantly challenge the business to enable you to truly understand the customer and apply marketing excellence.

We are looking for somebody that has a solid background in loyalty marketing and customer retention. You should be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering exciting and eye catching campaigns that have resulted in you developing the existing customer base in a) absolute number of them and b) value to the business.

Customer focused, you will have hands on experience of end to end marketing campaigns – from creating and coming up with the ideas through to execution with a focus on analytics throughout the process.

You will be expected to be an internal and external champion of the brand, products and customers.
