This well established and highly successful Insurer who pride themselves on offering their staff excellent career progression opportunities and benefits are currently seeking an experienced CTP Claims Consultant to work as part of their high performing CTP team.
The Opportunity
This fast paced and challenging role will see you effectively manage your own portfolio of complex CTP claims from start to finish whilst adhering to current legislative guidelines.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating treatment and rehabilitation for injured claimants
- Attending informal settlement conferences and court hearings when required
- Negotiating settlements with the claimant and legal party
- Thoroughly investigating liability
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all parties involved in each claim
- Implementing strategies on each claims with a view to closing
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- At least 12 months experience in CTP claims role
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health, Legal or Business discipline (desirable)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- A Proactive and positive attitude
- Drive to achieve positive outcomes
