Senior Customer Service Manager Job in City Of London, London Uk

Our client requires a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a customer service improvement and contact team. Working with key internal and external stakeholders and the client's managed service provider, you will manage improvements to the customer experience against demanding deadlines, undertake day-to-day management of the current Customer Service Manager and team; develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide inspirational leadership to the customer service teams.

You should have proven Senior Customer Service Management expertise combined with managing and delivering change initiatives in a customer service environment to demanding deadlines. Experience working with in-house or outsourced contact centres; an understanding of technical systems and solutions that deliver key customer service initiatives. You will also posses strong project management skills (Prince2) and have excellent IT skills.
