Senior Data Manager
The successful candidate will be groomed to become the general manager of the business on a 2-3 year time horizon.
Initially, you will focus on developing the data team. You will also be significantly involved in enhancements to our proprietary software applications. Minimum 1- 2 years prior management expertise in any of equities, fixed income or commodities data is required.
Applicants must have the following qualities: high intelligence, creativity, good basic knowledge of Word / Excel / PowerPoint, friendliness, and excellent Internet PC application skills. You should be interested in how to “think like a programmer” – though actual programming skills are a plus, not required.
Position is in Manhattan. Subsidized health insurance and 401(k). Excellent vacation policy, including at least one Friday off per month in additional to regular vacations.
