Key Responsibilities:
- Define for the CRM program detailed data and technical architecture incl. technology stack,
master data, core data model, integration process, interfaces, scalability, etc. - Oversee CRM data model consistency and scalability.
- Ensure performance, reliability, security and scalability of the data and technical
architecture. - Define and oversee consumer data governance process.
- Analyze business requirements, define technical specifications and assess overall data and
technical architecture impact. - Maintain state of the art expertise around consumer data management.
- Propose innovative solutions based on business and strategic requirements.
Authorities:
- Overall owner of CRM Program Data/Technical architecture reporting into Solution Design
and CRM Program Manager - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Infrastructure and Security
- Work collaboratively with global business partners and different IT departments/projects to
provide integrated solutions. - Responsible for compliance with the Global IT Standards and Procedures throughout the
life cycle of a project and production support.
Key Relationships:
- Working in a highly diverse and international team environment to identify solutions and
gather requirements with an extended set of stakeholders across vendor teams, business
and IT. - Manage relationships across a diverse matrix of IT stakeholders and systems
- Interact with vendor delivery partners, managing work and coordinating project delivery as
applicable. - Interact with a diverse set of business users at varying seniority levels across channels,
brands, etc.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong DB modelling and integration expertise, acquired in a CRM and BI environment.
- Deep understanding of physical hardware architecture, caching and network infrastructure.
- Solid hands-on experience of the traditional CRM ecosystem including data warehousing,
analytics, campaign management; understanding of the latest developments around
personalization and social media. - Familiar with Java Application servers and deployments and experience with web services
- Familiar with the security and legal requirement intrinsic to consumer data.
- Experience working closely with project managers, business analysts, QA groups, software
developers, DBAs and fully understanding product lifecycles. - Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, both local and remote, cultural diversity skills.
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field of study;
Master preferred. - 3-5 years experience as a Data/Technical architect for B2C CRM Projects (with
technologies such as SAS, Oracle Siebel, Teradata, IBM Unica, etc.). - 7+ years experience as a Sr. Business Analyst or Data/Technical Architect in IT consulting
or industry (with an excellent track record). - Deep content knowledge and implementation experience with Enterprise Campaign
Management and/or Marketing Intelligence preferred. - Formal training or certification in data/technical architecture preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise software development / implementation life cycle.
- Strong customer focus and management of client expectations; ability to establish and
maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the group. - Fluent proficiency in English, written and verbal
