Senior Debt Collection Analyst
Job Responsibilities / ????:
- Analyze "root cause" debt collection issues and strategize correct negotiation remedies to improve debt collection result - to KPIs as a minimum.
- Responsible for performing both reactive and proactive Credit Control
- Manage credit blocked orders and customers approaching or exceeding their credit limit
- Follow up with delinquent debt and arrange collection of payments from customers.
- Resolve issues on high risk or high exposure accounts when required.
- Must be able to set collection priorities based on customer risk profiles and amount past due.
- Must be knowledgeable of all customer payment processes - specifically automated methods. Must match payment terms to customer payment habits while maintaining standards for business segment. Negotiate pay-out on delinquent accounts
- Acknowledge receipt of complaint with customer,investigate resolve the complaint. Participate in sales meetings to agree strategies for customer engagements. Weigh risk/reward when recommending corrective actions,know limits and negotiate win/win solutions.
Job Requirements / ????
- Able to communicate with customers regarding non-payment of debts whilst still maintaining our relationship wherever possible.
- Effective negotiation skills required, together with strong, but firm interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable in managing difficult and emotional interactions. Relationships are key to effectiveness, both internal and external customers.
- Fluent in English language
