Senior Developement Manager recruitment
Leading Healthcare software provider is expanding in the APAC region due to winning a number of large contracts. As a result, they require a Senior Development Manager to work together with team leads to plan and execute projects,whilst giving direction and allocating resources to deliver products in a timely manner
Responsibilities
•Report the status of projects on various teams, whilst ensuring the project scope is adequately defined
•Demonstrate a software plan that meets the future needs of internal and external clients.
•Work closely with the solution teams to define product direction.
•Work closely with product managers to ensure development meets or exceeds customer requirements..
•Drive overall architecture, security and certifications of software products
•Monitor technology trends
•Create software engineering processes, practices and operations
•Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of the software, including technical review and analysis of source code.
•Working closely with team members to provide leadership and guidance
Requirements
•BS Computer Science. MS preferred
•8 Years software architecture and engineering
•5 Years project management experience
•3 Years team management experience
•Experience with Microsoft platforms
•Experience with networking architecture and protocols such as HTTP, SOAP, SOA-Web Services
•Experience with secure coding practices
•Agile experience, strong work ethic
