Senior .NET Developer – Team Lead, Agile, TDD, MVC 

A part of the worlds biggest computing organisation is looking for a Senior developer/Technical lead here in Sydney CBD (not North Ryde)
This is urgent requirement for a Senior .Net developer with team/ tech lead experience.
This role is team leading and 90% hands on. You will be working in a greenfield environment using C#, MVC, Agile and TDD techniques. 

The role would suit someone who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and be someone who can quickly command respect from colleagues. You must be able to motivate and develop the team, but also be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with the workload as only the best technical developers will be considered. 

As the technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a huge and potentially game changing greenfield project that will be the most interesting in Sydney, whilst keeping abreast of new technologies and getting other members of the team up to speed and motivated. 

Essential skills include the following: C#, .NET (3.5, 4.0), SQL Server, advanced SQL skills, database design, stored procedures, ASP.NET, MVC 2/3), HTML, Java Script, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, CMS, Agile and TDD 

Some Team leading or mentoring skills as well as TDD skills are essential as a minimum for this requirement. 

Applicants who have previously worked in the media, entertainment, online, or consulting industry would be preferred.
