Senior Development Manager – Scrum/Agile – Banking recruitment
A Top Tier London Investment Bank are looking to hire a Senior Development Manager for their On-Boarding IT team.
The role is to ensure IT delivery to their COBAM data programme. The successful candidate will be a Scum Master and help a global team to deliver within Agile environment. Also have good technical background but more focus on solving issues than hands-on development.
You will:
- Have very strong Technical background in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle and Linux ideally
- Scrum Coach/Master - min 1 year
- Worked in Agile environment
- Investment Banking experience is essential
- Experience with Workflow tools ideally Pega
