Role
The Senior Digital Strategist for Retirement is a member of the Digital Client Strategy group.
The Digital Client Strategy group is part of the Digital Marketing team serving J.P. Morgan Retirement and other businesses within J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

The Senior Digital Strategist for Retirement, a new role, will be instrumental in helping drive the business forward by developing innovative digital programs and solutions to meet internal and external client needs. Major responsibilities include:
Drive Digital Strategy
Partner with the J.P. Morgan Retirement business to develop and execute digital strategy, with a significant near-term focus on the participant (consumer) segmentSpearhead industry and client research relative to digital user needs and business capabilities to inform digital strategyCreating a long-term digital innovation agenda
Lead Large Scale Digital InitiativesDrive key strategic initiatives from conception through launch, including the design, development and launch of significant new Websites, mobile applications and digital toolsManage internal and external creative resources and agencies to actualize strategyPartner with internal and external technology resources to develop solutions using the agile methodologyManage Key Client RelationshipsPartner with key stakeholders across the J.P. Morgan Retirement business to develop and drive digital strategyLiaison with other members of the Digital Marketing, Technology and other teams to provide digital marketing solutionsOversee and communicate successes and risks as they occur, managing client expectations
Lead Digital Marketing CampaignsLead integrated digital marketing campaigns integrating a wide range of digital tools and tactics, including rich media, search media, social media, email, mobile and advertisingLiaison with other groups within the Marketing organization to drive coordinated cross-channel marketing programs

Qualifications
Must have 10-15 years of leadership experience in digital marketingMust have experience leading large, cross-functional digital initiatives, with a strong track record of success (5-10 years)Must have significant expertise in consumer financial services digital marketing and servicing (5 years)Team management (5 years)Integrated digital marketing communications and campaigns (5 years)Experience in b-to-b digital marketing and servicing preferredExperience in the asset management and/or retirement industry preferredStrong strategic and critical thinking skillsStrong communication skillsFocus on performance and execution with exceptional project management capabilitiesAble to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve goals effectively
