Senior Director – Client Relationship Management recruitment
• Direct a team of Relationship Directors, with the ultimate goal to grow wallet share and retain our strategic clients and achieve and maintain a premier provider status.
• Create and maintain a detailed plan to support the overall Country Sales Strategy of the Head of RM and CM and the Managing Director.
• Build and maintain a high performance team that foster clear sales relationship management focus ensuring a competitive advantage for DIS
• Oversee consistent implementation and execution of sales and distribution protocols as defined by the Head of SD and the Practice Leader
• Review and sign off on all pricing prior to going to client
• Implement the strategic direction for the relationship management team in response to current and future market trends.
• Leverage and share best practices of the global sales relationship management function
• Proactive coach to all team members to ensure first class execution of the disciplined sales and relationship management process
Managing activity and equipping the team to:
• Contact and manage clients with determined effort to sell DIS services while preserving goodwill and a professional image.
• Maintain 30/60/90 day activity plans
• Utilize Information Gathering Roadmap
• Ensure connectivity is developed. Identify and meet Client’s COIs
• Understand the clients strategy, aspirations and challenges to achieve and triangulate
• Fully understand and triangulate the competitive landscape
• Ensure connectivity with technical sales
Requirements:
• Proven track record in leading a sales relationship management team on top of a successful sales track record with a prior successful experience in people management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate an experienced team selling to complex, multi-level organizations
• Ability to engage senior business heads and contribute to overall strategic development
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent
• Orientation towards disciplined strategic business development processes.
• Highly skilled in preparing written and oral presentations.
• Refined interpersonal skills.
• Expert negotiation skills.
Preferably a University degree (or equivalent)
