Senior Director, Commodity Trade Finance recruitment
Reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Banking, the successful incumbent will undertake the key role of managing and growing the Structured and Commodity Trade portfolio. He / She will have bottom-line responsibility though sales and relationship servicing, primarily focusing on clients in both the ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ commodity industries.
In addition to business performance responsibilities, the successful incumbent will also identify and prioritise major issues requiring resolution to meet business objectives and take necessary corrective action to resolve customer problems escalated during the course of deal execution. In addition, he / she is expected to participate in cost reduction, service improvements and capability enhancement initiatives of the Bank.
• Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline.
• At least 20 years of corporate banking experience with a specialisation in Commodity Trade in the last 15 years.
• Possess gravitas; business savvy, with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
