Senior Director Corporate Finance – Resources recruitment
Our client is a leading Australian Stockbroker, who is seeking to appoint a Head of Resources with a demonstrable track record in the small to mid-market resources space.
The Head of Resorces position will be responsible for the profitable performance of the Corporate Finance Resources function within the firm, and will focus on managing the total account relationship, including originating and execution of all Capital Market and MA transactions.
It is envisaged that the incumbent will be a highly experienced deal-maker (ED or MD) with a proven track record in originating and executing Australian based advisory work (small to large cap) across the Resources sector, and will be looking to consolidate their considerable experience within a dynamic, ambitious and supportive organization.
For this critical hire, a minimum of 15years Australian based transactional/Corporate expertise is expected. As a consequence, you become part of a successful and growing business, with an established brand and a non-bureaucratic approach to driving deals.
A highly competitive, market based salary and performance based rewards package will be available to the successful candidate.
